CR2500 / CR3500 - Serial (RS-232) Default Settings

You must scan the Serial (RS-232) Commuincation Settings Code in either the CR2500 or CR3500 User Manuals

to switch the reader to Serial (RS-232) Communication Mode. When enabled your CR2500 or CR3500 will default to

the following settings:

Mode: Serial (RS-232) One Way Mode

Baud Rate 57600

Stop Bits 1

Data Bits 8

Parity None

CR2500 / CR3500 - USB Default Settings

Your CR2500 or CR3500 will recognize when the USB cable is detached or the Bluetooth radio is out of range and

automatically switch into batch mode with the following settings.

Auto Storage Erase ON

Send and Store OFF

Auto Send ON
